Object: Information pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 (hereinafter, Regulation), Natuzzi S.p.A., with headquarters at Santeramo in Colle (BA), Via Iazzitiello, 47, the Data Controller, informs you that the processing of your personal data, also attained with electronic devices, is carried out for: a. management of online warranty registration; b. to send you promotional and advertising communications. These communications can be made by sending e-mail, text messages and paper-based mail. The provision of data is optional and in his absence the Data Controller will not be able to carry out such activities; c. carry out analysis relating to your choices, habits, tastes and needs in order to allow you to receive promotional information in line with your preferences. The provision of data is optional and in his absence the Data Controller will not be able to carry out such activities. The provision of data for the pursuit of the purpose referred in to point a. is necessary to use the aforementioned service, the provision of data for the pursuit of the purpose referred in to point b. and c. is not mandatory and in its absence, it will not be possible to send promotional and marketing information. Your Personal Data referred to promotional and advertising activities will be stored for 10 years. Your Personal Data referred to profiling activities will be stored for 10 years. The data will not be disseminated, but may be communicated to third parties that Natuzzi S.p.A. intends to use for the completion and management of the aforementioned purposes (e.g. mailing companies for the forwarding of commercial material) and to individuals who are authorized to access the data by law and/or by secondary legislation. The data, after obtaining your explicit consent, will be communicated to other company of the Natuzzi Group, also located outside the European Union, for the marketing activities by other company of the Natuzzi Group. The transfer of data outside the European Union will occur only to subjects that guarantee an adequate level of protection of the treatment and to countries for which the competent Authorities have issued an adequacy decision and to parties that have provided suitable guarantees for the treatment of data through appropriate regulatory / contractual instruments such as the signing of standard contractual clauses. The legal bases of the processing of your personal data on the implementation of a contract of which you are a party for the purposes referred to in point a); are the consent for others purposes. In any case, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The revocation of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. Processing will be done using automated and manual tools, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you that can contact the Data Controller by writing to [email protected], to assert your rights as required by the Regulation: specifically, for access, correction, updating, blocking, revocation of consent in accordance with applicable regulations, the limitation of processing, data portability and deletion of data. At the same address you could therefore ask to oppose for legitimate reasons, processing (e.g. you can object to one or more of the methods for achieving the purposes indicated in point a of this privacy statement). Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
